CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Lacey Lane offers a pick up service for customers who live locally to The Lacey Lane Warehouse in Surry Hills QLD. The address for pick up must come from a QLD address to have access to the pick up option at checkout.
Lacey Lane warehouse pick up times are 7AM - 2PM. The Lacey Lane warehouse is closed for public holidays. Please refer to the email you will receive in regards to knowing when your order is ready for pick up. We ask that Pick-up Orders be collected within 5 business days. If you do not collect your order within this time frame, Lacey Lane will contact you in regards to organising postage costs at the buyer's expense.
