SALE ITEMS
No returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final. If a sale product is deemed faulty by Lacey Lane after purchase, customer service may offer a store credit or refund at their discretion. No returns or exchanges on seconds/ items bought as faulty. 

EOFY SALE 40% OFF SITE WIDE SALE - 20/6/24-21/6/24
No returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final. If a sale product is deemed faulty by Lacey Lane after purchase, customer service may offer a store credit or refund at their discretion. No returns or exchanges on seconds/ items bought as faulty. No further discounts apply. Discount code automatically applies at checkout. If code does not add or is removed, input code 'EOFY40OFF' into discount code box at checkout. Not in conjunction with any other offer. Limited time only. Sale excludes Giftcards. 

FREE SHIPPING OVER $200
Orders valued at $200 or more will automatically receive free standard shipping within Australia only. Combined orders are not eligible for the free shipping. To receive free shipping the order must be placed in one transaction valued at $200 or more. This promotion in valid from the 20th to the 22nd of June 2024. 

AFTERPAY
Due to the high demand of some of Lacey Lane's products, there is the chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at checkout. If you are using Afterpay to checkout, please note you may run the risk of your carted items overselling. This is due to Afterpay's payment gateway lagging. Lacey Lane is not responsible for goods overselling for customers who use Afterpay and we may have to refund/ cancel those orders which have oversold. 

'COMBINE ME' TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The discount code “combineme” acts as a free shipping code when wanting to combine multiple orders together. This code must be used on your second and any subsequent orders for us to be able to combine them as long as your first order has covered the cost of shipping. Your subsequent orders must be placed before you receive shipping confirmation for your first order for them to be combined together. Any order placed after this time will not be combined and you will be contacted to pay shipping on your remaining orders. When you use a 'Combineme' discount code, no other rewards/discount codes can be used. The 'Combineme' promotion does not run at all times and may be switched off at any time. 

PICK UP SERVICE 
Lacey Lane offers a pickup service for customers who live locally to Lacey Lane dispatch warehouse. Pick up times are available from 7:00AM - 2:30PM Monday to Friday. Please refer to the email you receive in regards to when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up orders MUST be collected within 3 business days. If you do not collect your order within this time frame, Lacey Lane will contact you in regards to organising postage costs at the buyer's expense.

LACEY LANE REWARDS DISCOUNT CODES
All orders made after a customer signs up to the Lacey Lane Loyalty Program will receive loyalty points for their purchases. They will receive 10 points for every dollar spent. Once the customer has accrued enough points to claim a one-time loyalty discount code they can redeem the discount code via the Lacey Lane Rewards Tab on the website. When used at checkout, the discount code value is deducted off the final order value, excluding shipping costs. All loyalty discount codes and gifts claimed are a ONE TIME offer and are not be used in conjunction with any other offer, are not returnable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any points/reward discount codes used on purchases are non-returnable. If the customer chooses to cancel their order for a refund or store credit, any points used will not be reassigned to your account nor will the discount code be re-activated. 

Example: Customer purchases dress (€64.95 with $30 loyalty discount) then decides for a change of mind return. The customer will ONLY be refunded the out of pocket expense (€34.95) and the points/ loyalty discount will be forfeited.

Loyalty discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount code or used on sale items and must be used in one transaction only. If using the combinemecode only one rewards discount can be used across the order being combined. 

A minimum cart total of €50.00 applies in order to use any loyalty discount code.

GIFT CARDS
As of October 2019 all gift cards have a three year expiry from the date they are purchased. Gift cards purchased prior to this date have a one year expiry. Lacey Lane reserves the right to not honour a gift card if it is out of the expiry date. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

MYSTERY BOXES
At Lacey Lane we offer a fabulous mystery box which is choosing your size and you will receive a surprise. Lacey Lane does not offer a refund/ store credit/ change of mind for mystery box purchases. All mystery box sales are final. 

PRE-ORDER
When ordering a pre-order product, Lacey Lane gives a 10-15 week approximate time frame for pre-order products to be dispatched. This may be shorter or longer due to many various reasons out of our control. If you place your order with express shipping, this does not mean your order will be dispatched prior to other orders. If you would like your order shipped before others please select our Jump The Queue Shipping option at checkout. There is strictly no refunds or store credits given for change of mind on pre-order products. 

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. They cannot be combined. Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the discount code, the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited or applied to another order and is not redeemable for cash. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

WEBSITE USE
All images are copyright to Lacey Lane. All Lacey Lane & My Brother John images, garments and accessories are not to be used in any promotional or marketing material for business purposes unless credit is given and it is clearly stated that the products which are being used were purchased from Lacey Lane.
