Here at Lacey Lane many of our styles are limited edition. In many cases designs will not be restocked, however if you would like to enquire about a particular style please contact [email protected].

You don't need to create an account to shop with us but here's some perks if you do, plus it only takes seconds to create!

Lacey Lane accepts Master Card, Visa, AfterPay and PayPal and Lacey Lane Gift Cards.

To redeem discount or promotional codes they must be placed in the discount/gift card box at checkout, then click 'Apply'.

Once applied the discount will be visible in your cart. Discount Codes can not be used to purchase gift cards.

Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the code the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited or applied to another order and is not redeemable for cash. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases.

We understand that you may want to cancel your order after purchasing. 

In order to cancel your order for a refund please contact [email protected].

Please note we cannot cancel your order after it has been dispatched and you will have to arrange a change of mind return to our warehouse after you receive your order. See our change of mind returns policy here.

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email from Lacey Lane stating your tracking number.

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and can be tracked directly here.

All International orders are shipping via DHL and can be tracked directly here.

Canadian Orders: All Canadian orders are sent via Australia Post International. 

When purchasing with Lacey Lane please note that we only charge for transportation costs to your country. Lacey Lane cannot be held liable for any customs fees charged by your country's government upon importation of the goods. 

We advise you research your governments customs & duties fees for importing goods from outside your country before placing your order with Lacey Lane.

If your order has not yet been received within the postage time frames outlined here, we ask that you kindly check the tracking information on your order.  Upon dispatch of your order you would have received an email stating your tracking number.

If the tracking on your order has had no movements or has been sent to or delivered to an incorrect area or address please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into the matter immediately.

We are more than happy to combine multiple orders if they are purchased on the same day and as long as your first purchase has not yet been dispatched.

We're more than happy to refund/exchange or credit items that are deemed faulty by Lacey Lane. Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of placing your online order.

If you believe your item to be faulty please contact [email protected] with your name, order number, details of the fault with some photographs displaying the fault and we'll get it sorted out for you as soon as possible.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Lacey Lane promotional & discount codes are valid for a specific time frame only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are digital only and no shipping is charged for purchases of gift cards. If gift cards are purchased in the same transaction as any other product, shipping will be charged as usual. After purchase of a Gift Card you will receive an email of your digital gift card and instructions on how to redeem it.

To redeem simply insert your gift card code into the discount box at checkout. Gift Cards have one (3 years) expiry from the date of purchase. Lacey Lane reserves the right to not honour a gift card exceeding its expiration date.
